The formal inauguration of the KLIK PAR d.o.o. company was held on the 31st of October at noon in Kutina.
The firm has recently been bought by the italian company Garbellotto Spa which was founded in Conegliano (province of Venice) in 1775. The Italian company specializes in producing barrels, barriques and vats for wine cellars all over the world.
The cutting of the first board in our factory in Kutina and the making of the first barriques barrel were held in front of numerous guests.
The vice prefect of the Sisak-Moslavina County, the mayor of Kutina with associates, the CEO of the ITA Agency which deals with foreign promotion and the internalization of Italian companies, the representatives of ‘’Hrvatske šume’’, the CEO of Wood Cluster and other guests attended the inauguration.
Amongst other guests the CEO of the Croatian volleyball league, with the captain of the team Samanta Fabris , the coach Daniele Santarelli and the player Martina Samadam were also present.
They are the main component of Imoco Valley, with the CEO of the company Piero Garbellotto.
The Garbellotto brothers are running the Garbellotto Spa company and with this investment they continue the long-term collaboration with Croatia started by their father Pietro Garbellotto in 1950.
‘’ It is with great pleasure that we want to announce the beginning of production of barrels and barriques in Croatia, the same place we get our raw material from.’’ Commented the CEO of the company Piero Garbellotto. The initial value in 2018, for the acquiring and the renovation of the sawmill Klik Par into a cooperage is of 1,5 million euros. We guarantee the same value for the following years 2019-2020, in order to secure the growth of the company, so that our 11 employees will become more than 20. In doing so the company Klik Par d.o.o. will be established as our headquarters for the whole of Eastern Europe.
